Times Square's infectious energy, evolving landscape and bright lights have always appealed to the fun loving and curious masses.  But, the cast of costumed characters who pop up, throughout the intersection, are adding a new dimension to the Times Square facade.

convening with Elmo, Minnie Mouse and Hello Kitty?
